Final fragment note in the Blue Shard series. The shard's manufactured composition, precise placement, and tuned resonance response are each consistent with a component designed for a specific function within a specific system. The foundation system at Puri is one such system. The question this document raises — and does not answer — is whether this type of component exists in other systems at other locations. The ancient engineering tradition responsible for the Puri foundation system was sophisticated. Sophisticated traditions do not typically build in isolation. The Unit has no evidence of other sites. The Unit has not been tasked with investigating other sites. The question is documented. It remains open.
