Resonance circuit analysis following the third consecutive disrupted Rath Yatra. Frequency bands three, five, and six have dropped below minimum operating parameters — the self-reinforcing stability mechanism identified in JG-RSN-012 is no longer active in these bands. The system is no longer self-sustaining. It requires external resonance input — a completed circuit — to prevent further degradation. Without a completed circuit: projected degradation timeline to architectural layer failure is 14–22 months, depending on seasonal variation. The projection is noted as a planning estimate, not a confirmed forecast. The Unit has submitted this document to heritage oversight under restricted classification.
