Harmonic node mapping across the full foundation layer identifies seven distinct frequency bands operating simultaneously. Each ring layer responds to a different primary frequency — the full system requires all seven bands active for complete resonance stability. The loss of any single band degrades the overall system. Three consecutive years of incomplete circuit have degraded bands three, five, and six. Current system stability: estimated at 61% of designed parameters. Annotator note: the system is under measurable stress. This document has been submitted to the heritage oversight committee under restricted classification.
